Synchro Tryout sessions

Members of the Kent Synchro Committee are very keen to increase the profile and expand participation in the demanding sport of Synchronised swimming. To this end, we have developed an excellent tryout session for Swimming Clubs. This can be adapted for any age group of competent swimmers and is fun for boys and girls alike. Those clubs interested in arranging a Synchro session and/or introducing a Synchro section to their portfolio are invited to contact the Kent Manager, Helen Seamer at: kentsynchro@googlemail.com 

Synchro Specific Land Training workshop for Kent Coaches

Synchronised swimming Coaches in Kent are invited to register their interest for a workshop on Synchro Specific Land Training.

This will be run by an Exercise Specialist who runs corporate training for swimming clubs. The workshop will provide Coaches with training to teach specific exercises for synchronised swimming aiming at increasing flexibility, core strength and stamina.

Proposed date is Saturday 20th February in the afternoon. The cost will be nominal at £10 per Coach.
