TEAM MANAGER TRAINING FOR CLUBS IN THE SOUTH EAST AND LONDON REGIONS

The South East Region held a well attended Team Manager Tutor Training session at the Guildford Spectrum on the evening of Thursday 23rd February 2005.  Three representatives from Kent were in attendance and all passed the course, ensuring that they received 0.5 of a CPD point in the process.

Kent are now lucky enough to have 5 people in the County who are able to run Team Manager Training Sessions - a core element of the Swim 21 programme.

For any club who is not currently seeking or had Swim 21 accreditation I would highly recommend the course as it is extremely helpful and full of useful and practical information that we may not always take into account when travelling with a swimming team, be it locally, nationally or internationally.

For anybody attending a Team Manager Training Session, they will be able to gain 1 CPD point and for those who tutor they will be able to receive 1 additional CPD point for holding their first training session.
